Free US Shipping on Orders $79+
All US orders with a subtotal of $79 or more (after discounts, before taxes) ship free. Orders under $79 ship for a flat rate of $12. This applies to all products, including custom engraved wallets.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Custom engraved orders may require an additional 1–2 business days for engraving before shipping.
Please note that Zephyr Aviation is a small company run by actively employed pilots. In rare circumstances, processing may take a few additional days if we are on a trip or in training. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

International Shipping
We do ship internationally. However, shipping costs may be higher due to customs fees and international postage. For international inquiries, please contact us at thepilotwallet@gmail.com.
Zephyr Aviation is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information is typically active within 24 hours.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 7 days at thepilotwallet@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
