These Terms govern your use of zephyrpilot.com and our online store. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. About us
Zephyr Aviation designs and sells premium handcrafted leather wallets and accessories for pilots. Our store is powered by Shopify and orders are fulfilled by ShipBob. Any purchases you make are made directly with Zephyr Aviation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services or make a purchase.
3. Products and orders
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device and screen settings. Leather is a natural material — minor variations in grain, texture, and color are characteristics of genuine Italian leather and are not defects.
All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Custom engraved products are made to order and personalized to your specifications. Please review your engraving text carefully before submitting your order, as engraved items cannot be returned unless defective.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Shipping within the United States is free on all orders.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via USPS. Standard domestic delivery takes 3–5 business days. Custom engraved orders may require additional processing time. We also ship internationally — customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note that Zephyr Aviation is a small company run by actively employed pilots. In rare circumstances, processing may take a few additional days if we are on a trip or in training.

6. Returns and warranty
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items and a 14-day exchange window. Custom engraved products cannot be returned unless defective. All products are covered by a 5-year warranty against defects in materials (leather).

7. Intellectual property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and the Zephyr Aviation brand — is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by US and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zephyr Aviation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased through the Services.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
